My second time here. Good spot for a slice of pizza and a bev. Decent size tv in the lounge area. Pizza is good. Garlic bread loaf is really good. Good prices. Beer on tap. Good service. Place is not hip or trendy looking, and the area in front is sketchy, so keep an open mind.
Pizzas are tasty and service was fast. This place is so close to us so we usually just do pickup. They always follow instructions correctly. We've tried both their regular and NY style pizzas and we like both. The pizzas could be less greasy so overall we really like them!
Great pizza! I got cheese + sausage + jalapenos. I ordered this pizza from GrubHub Delivery and everytime I order something delivery, no one ever gets it right. Until now. Amazona's Pizza is awesome!! They followed my requests perfectly! Undercooked + lighter sauce! Loved it. You guys are amazing.
It's been a couple of years since we've ordered from here. The pizza's were very good and the New York style pizza is the best. The Caesar Salad was not at all appetizing. First, WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too much dressing. The salad swam in the dressing (dressing with a little salad is more like it) which ruined the whole salad. Please put the dressing on the side. I hate soggy croutons!!!!! Sometimes I don't want to eat the salad till the next day. This wasn't even edible the day it came!!!! That says a lot!!!!! Stop dousing the salad with the DRESSING!!!!! The dressing is just suppose to flavor the leaves not bathe them. I will be sure to use the "OPTION" button and say out loud, "DRESSING ON THE SIDE!!!!"
I've never been to Amazonas or ordered from them myself but every month or so my husband treats himself to a pie at work and brings home the leftovers to share. I don't really care about pizza and I've never had their pizza fresh, but I always look forward to a couple of slices from Amazonas. They pass my quality pizza test with flying colors. What test you say? it's simply the cheese pizza test. If your dough, sauce and cheese are up to snuff, well, that's all you need. No bells or whistles just solid, tasty basics. Believe me when I say their cheese pizza is the tits!
One of my kids new favorite pizza places. I learned about this pizza place that I have passed by for years from one of my church colleagues. Ever since I have been a fan!!! I took my kids for the first time recently and they and now asking for Amazona pizza more than some other well known places. Their pizza I always baked fresh to order. They do offer slices during lunch and their options are so wide there is something for everyone.
I ordered a cheese pizza and buffalo chicken wings with a side of ranch dressing. The wings were full of flavor and moist! No dry wings here it's the worst! The cheese pizza was just the right amount of gooey without the oily drip. Friendly delivery too!
